Boom Truck

Advanced Marine is pleased to announce the addition of a 18-ton boom truck to our equipment inventory. A low mileage 2014 Peterbilt Model 365, configured with a 18-ton National 571E2 crane, this equipment will be instrumental in providing expanded resources on future projects.

The equipment was originally purchased to provide contract support services for the re-power of the M/V Charles Hall ferry, located at Halls Crossing, Lake Powell, Utah. Following this project, it has been used for Advanced Marine dock repair and pump/intake repair projects.

“This equipment greatly improves our efficiency during the mobilization process for our own equipment on large projects”, said company president, John Shaw. “In addition, it allows us to provide moderately heavy lift solutions to our customers.”

The Advanced Marine boom truck is available for hire to utilities and contractors seeking cost effective and rapidly deployable equipment for their lifting projects, such as pump removal & installation, pipe setting, machinery loading & unloading, setting utility poles & light standards, etc.
