M/V Fathom

Advanced Marine recently acquired a unique work vessel. At 33 ft. LOA, and a beam of nearly 11 ft., with a catamaran hull, enclosed cabin, twin 225 horsepower outboard drives, landing craft bow door and push knees, this vessel is a solid work horse and stable operating platform for a wide variety of projects. Weighing less than 10, 000 lbs., the vessel is trailerable, making it easily deployable to remote work sites.

Formerly named “Ivy Cat”, this vessel has work history in Alaska and the San Francisco Bay Area. Re-christened “Fathom”, this vessel is suitable for construction dive support, ROV and sonar projects, salvage and many other uses. With the push knees and twin outdrives, Fathom is useful as a push boat to maneuver barges for larger projects, such as pile driving or deep diving that require larger equipment spreads. Advanced Marine is currently designing a bow-mounted foldable hydraulic A-frame for heavy lifting.

AVAILABLE FOR CHARTER

In addition to Advanced Marine projects, M/V Fathom is available for charter to support other marine contractors.
